Meal Care Instructions 

How to store my meals?

• Refrigerate or freeze items upon delivery 
• Store chicken up to 3-4 days in the chiller at recommended temperature of 4° C (40° F) and below. 
• Store chicken up to 1 month in the freezer at a recommended temperature of -18° C (0° F) and below.

How to heat up my meals?

1. Tear the seal of the packaging.
2. Thaw the chicken overnight 1 day before cooking (or soak the pack for 30 mins in water for fast thawing when taking out from the freezer)
3. Transfer and portion out chicken breast into your preferred heating method (We highly recommend using an Air Fryer!)
4. Air Fryer: Set temperature @ 200 degrees | Cook the chicken for 10-12 mins depending on chicken breast size (Flip mid-way for even cooking)
5. Enjoy your healthy wholesome chicken breast  made by Cheekies and have it along with any of our Nutrify Carbs or Veg :)
