100% Halal-certified, pasteurised liquid egg whites are separated automatically using equipment to ensure the highest hygiene standards.

Egg whites are high in protein but low in calories. In fact, they contain around 67 percent of all the protein found in eggs. This protein contains all nine essential amino acids in the amounts your body needs to function.

Protein can help curb your appetite, so eating egg whites could make you feel fuller for longer. Getting enough protein in your diet is also really important for maintaining and building muscle.

For your convenience, it's ready to be cooked into your favourite bakes or omelettes. Pasteurization reduces the risk of salmonella in eggs without changing the nutrition or flavour.

HOW TO PREP AND PORTION:

Once you open the pack, portion out into smaller serving sizes using ice cube trays or freezer-friendly containers. FREEZE immediately what you can't consume in 2 or 3 days. When ready to use, simply thaw overnight in chiller. Use within 2 weeks.

You can BAKE it in a cup, STEAM it in a bowl, FRY it into an omelette... or make some lean pancakes!

How to store my egg whites?

  • Refrigerate items upon delivery 
  • You can portion out and store the liquid egg whites in a plastic bottle, glass jar or empty milk carton
  • Store and consume egg whites after opening within 3 to 5 days in the chiller at recommended temperature of 4° C (40° F) and below. See EXPIRY DATE on package. 
  • Store unopened vacuum-packed egg whites up to 2 weeks in the freezer at a recommended temperature of -18° C (0° F) and below. Thaw overnight in chiller before use.
  • Heat it up in a pan, microwave, baked the option is endless. Enjoy your healthy wholesome egg whites:)
